Robert was a kind person who helped dig my grandparents out. He just happened to be in the area and was willing to help us out of the kindness of his heart. Great example of Buffalo, the city of good neighbors.
The owner of this company has a heart of gold! In the middle of the blizzard he went out of his way to plow my driveway. He said he would be there and he was true to his word. His prices are very reasonable (especially at a time when he could have charged me double) and did an amazing job. My father also needed his driveway plowed and despite being out all day and night Robert went right over to his house and cleared his driveway FREE of charge. (Robert found out my Dad was a veteran and he told me to tell him Merry Christmas from one veteran to another!) I highly recommend speaking with Robert for all your plowing, drainage or construction needs. Robert does outstanding work, is honest and very dependable! You will not be disappointed!
This review is a bit delayed but I wanted to take a minute to stop and say how amazing the owner Robert is. During the blizzard I was feeling hopeless as I had reached out to a lot of people to have them plow my driveway and it was either an extremely large amount of money that as a single mom I couldn't justify spending or I wouldn't get a response. So like everyone else I was out there for hours on end shoveling my car out of the driveway and was almost there until the city finally decided to plow my street and deposit 4 feet of snow and ice at the end of it. As someone who also has a medical condition my body was in so much pain and I was feeling hopeless but knew I needed to get to work as I work in HVAC and if I'm not there I can't get our guys out to fix furnaces that weren't working after people lost power. At that point I was literally in tears when Mr. Robert came around the corner and down my street on his bobcat I swear it was like my knight in shining armor had just come over the mountain of snow at that point I threw myself in front of his bobcat and was prepared to beg for help. Well he opened the door and said no need to beg or throw yourself in front of me I would be glad to help. So of course I asked how much is it going to cost me and the price he gave me literally brought me to tears and brought my faith back in Buffalo being the city of good neighbors. When he was done I asked him if he could also do my mom's driveway when he was done helping people like myself and he said of course I can come back and get her's when he was done helping people who needed to get out urgently. My mom was off work and getting her car out wasn't of importance. The very next day he came back and did more then we had originally discussed him doing. Mr. Robert is an amazing man and he saved me that day. There aren't enough words in the English language to describe my gratitude and appreciation for him helping me get my car out and coming back to get my mom's car out. He was more then fair and affordable with what he charged for it as well. I 100% would recommend him and Hopkins Solutions if you're looking for an honest, genuine, caring, and fair with his price kind of guy.
